CELL PHONE TALKERS
54types of cell phone users
have you noticed? well this is what i find interesting, the types of cell phone users. yea there are the type that talk in the car and because they hold the phone to their ear (instead of a headset, which they should for safety, d'oh). Then there are the 'caged animal' type. Oh yea, there are the loud talkers. Then there are the ones that are out to impress.
IN THE CAR TYPE
so there are those in the car. talking on the phone, sometimes in the fast lane driving slowly cos they can't talk and drive. (probably can't chew gum and walk either). They have to twist their torso to see before changing lanes now. And then they pull in front of someone and slow down. Why? they are still talking. So if you are one of them. Do us all a favor. get a headset, and learn to talk and drive.
CAGED ANIMAL TYPE
Then there is the type that just cannot stand still, if they are standind while on the phone. They PACE, walking back and forth. Its almost like they suddenly think that they have this 'space' which they are 'caged' in. And they start pacing as they talk, sometimes momentarily, and then continue the pacing. Think of visiting the zoo, and watch them, and then realize. if you are one of them, at least now you know, you look silly. So STOP and TALK. Don't pace, please.
LOUD TALKERS/TO IMPRESS
Ok, we are all pissed off with you if you are one of these. First of all cell phones are very sensitive instruments, they pick up a lot of sound, sometimes too much. So you DON'T need to talk loud on them. In fact remember if you do the person on the other side of your conversation is turning the volume while they talk to you. So, if that's why you are talking loud, don't, please. But maybe, just maybe, you are talking loud to impress others. Your life is not that interesting to us, so do us a favor, lower your voice, we are not interested in the date you are going on tonight, the deal you just closed, or the date you were on last night, or what you have to pick up on the way home. Thanks, but we don't want to know, honestly.
